Request account or data deletion

How to submit a request

1. Email us from the address on your Kitchn account using the button below. The subject is prefilled so the request is routed as a deletion request.
2. Include the restaurant name or restaurant ID and say whether you want your staff access removed, your associated personal information deleted, or the entire restaurant subscription closed.
3. Complete the ownership verification we send. A request is not complete until we confirm it has been verified and processed.

Never send your password, MFA code, session token, push token, payment details, or identity documents by email.

What the request covers

After verification, we will explain which account and profile records can be deleted or de-identified and which records must remain under the retention terms in our Privacy Policy. Restaurant orders, transaction records, security logs, legal holds, and records controlled by the restaurant may have different retention or request paths. Deleting one staff login does not automatically delete the restaurant's records or other staff accounts.

If you are a diner or guest, the restaurant you ordered from controls the order and customer data. Contact that restaurant first. You may also email us and we will route the request to the relevant restaurant and assist it.

Sign-out and uninstall are different

Signing out removes local session access and asks Kitchn to revoke the server session and detach the device's push registration. Uninstalling removes ordinary app storage according to operating-system behavior; protected credentials can have a different lifetime, and the app rejects any stale protected session when it is reinstalled. Neither action submits an account or data deletion request; use the request process above if deletion is what you want.
