For a takeout or delivery guest, everything your dining room usually does, the packaging has to do instead. It sets the table, keeps the food right, and says goodbye. It deserves the same thought as the plate.

The food has one job: arrive well

Crispy things steaming into sog, dressings drowning salads in transit, hot and cold sharing a bag. Most packaging failures are known problems with known fixes: vented containers, sauces on the side, separated bags. Order your own food delivered occasionally and eat it exactly as a guest would. It is the cheapest quality audit available.

Small touches, outsized memory

A handwritten thanks on the bag, napkins and cutlery without asking, the extra sauce that was promised. These cost cents. They are also the part of the meal guests mention to friends, precisely because so many restaurants skip them.

The bag is ad space you already paid for

Every order that leaves is a chance to shape the next one. A card or sticker with your direct ordering link, maybe a small first-order offer, rides along at no extra cost. The guest holding your food is the easiest person in the world to convince to order again; talk to them.

Give guests a better way to order — and your restaurant a better way to grow
